eMidsians sure know how to have fun, but we also know how to follow the rules. One of the reasons we have come this far is our discipline coupled with the rules we follow. We call these the Garage Rules.

Putting our Values into Practice:
Every eMidsian is encouraged to practice our values while at work. We believe that inculcating these values in our people helps them shine, and therefore, they help us build a better business. It's as simple as that!

Focus on learning and sharing knowledge:
At eMids, we try to foster a 'nurture culture' that helps each of us enhance our knowledge and share our learning with each other to form a knowledge pool in the organization.

Etiquette:
Behaving well with co-workers, not indulging in racial discrimination, addressing people appropriately in business communication, and being great team players, are all qualities we expect every eMidsian to practice. After all, good etiquette reflects a healthy organization.

Work timings:
We work five days a week and are flexible about work timings, but appreciate the team being in the office premises during peak working hours.

Dress Code:
We don't believe in a dress code. We think that a working adult understands the difference between indecent and decent clothing at the workplace.

What is the work culture at eMids?

What about my learning curve at eMids?
eMids focuses on complete learning and development of an individual which goes beyond mere training. Our work culture wholeheartedly supports learning and development of skills on a continuous basis. We insist that every team member go through 30 hours of learning on the job.

Do you have onsite assignments?
Yes, we do! Our team travels regularly for onsite assignments overseas to the customer's location. Eligible eMidsians are given allowances relevant to the travel.

We have been happily roller coasting along for nine years. The journey so far has been a joyride, with amazing highs to celebrate and lows to learn from. But the urge to keep going and our faith in ourselves have bolstered us all along. Our amazing joyride has driven us to grow further and achieve the impossible.

Today, we think we qualify as wiser people. We are not happy to rest on our laurels. We are marching ahead to take on new challenges, confront new fears, learn from new mistakes, and achieve more than we had even dreamt of till now.
